Easter is upon us and we are so excited! As we do every Easter, we are anticipating to see more people than usual. And we want to be good hosts and make room for our guests. So we have a couple things to ask of you to help us make parking accommodations.
#1 — If you know you will be at church for both services (Band, Choir, Tech, & KP volunteers) we will have parking for you OFF SITE. Just a short distance from XP, Fisher Auto Parts has allowed us to use their parking lot (95 S Main Street, Mansfield). We will be running a shuttle at two different times.
7:00am to 7:30am for early arrivals
8:10am to 8:30am for all other volunteers
When we park we need to make sure that the auto parts building is still accessible in case of emergency. When church is over, we will resume the shuttle, or you can snag a ride with a friend who parked at the building.
#2 — If you are a volunteer and will only be there for ONE SERVICE, please park in our volunteer parking at the back of the building - just follow the signs! The volunteer parking is labeled on the map attached below. There is pavement and grass parking available.
DO NOT PARK ON EDGEWOOD STREET
By taking these two actions, we will free up our 80 paved spots and save room for the overflow parking to fill up in the grass. Pray with us for dry ground!
